Close to Plaza de Armas and downtown, with taxis readily available. We enjoyed the good variety at breakfast, even though it was the same every day. The room was clean and nice, and the reception staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfort.

Very good location, silence of the piece
Bad access to the parking lot, because during the wait for the gate to open, traffic on the access road is interrupted, is also dangerous, I suggest to widen the entrance and run the gate position inwards in about 2 to 3 meters, so that the car does not stay with its back on the road! there is no sign or sign to indicate that this is the gate of the hotel parking........ all that must be improved, because it is not expensive and is very bad! In the bathroom the toilet was broken and bathroom door was squeaking loudly with any movement, causing a lot of discomfort. These faults were indicated at the reception, it seemed to me that they didn't care about these details, is not good on the part of the staff, they didn't even say thank you for indicating these defects. Breakfast could be improved: there was a lack of chopped fruit, cold milk, nuts and dried fruit to accompany the cereals. In addition, there was a signal that asked not to speak on the cell phone in the dining room, there were passengers who spoke out loud, is not appropriate. Adding soft ambient music, classical or instrumental, would also add value to the atmosphere of the dining room, lacks some decorations on its walls so cold: pictures or decorative elements, as it is it does not feel cozy as it should be.

Overall a very good hotel. I noticed the remodeling. At first the double room on the first floor was with half a window and I felt that it lacked natural light to what without problem the lady without doubt head of the hotel, kindly changed us to another room with luck available, 3rd floor, overlooking the indoor pool and with lots of natural light. very comfortable bed and a special quiet hotel to be able to rest. very good breakfast and attention of the staff in general of the hotel and excellent restaurant, willing to collaborate. I had to leave one day before my reservation and they were able to resolve it without paying too much. very safe sector and hotel a few meters from the city square, shops and restaurants. Excellent churrasco cheese melted in the evening with a coffee. Definitely a highly recommended hotel, no doubt I will choose it again.
It seems to me that the parking lots are just right.

We loved that this place is in a great location, right in the center of town. It's not close to the beach, but it's really close to downtown, which gives you a real feel for the daily life of the locals. The room we had was nice and comfortable, and the separate sitting area was an unexpected bonus. The staff here is very friendly, with some members being bilingual, which made communication easy for us. Plus, the hotel provides free parking in this busy area, which was a great convenience.

Lacking atmosphere, unhelpful desk personel. Old fashion <communist> style.

Good location in the centre of down town La Serena. Nice cosy rooms.
For the price the restaurant was appalling. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get a menu, then when I did get food it was average. While there was wifi internet, for some reason it never worked in the mornings. Given I stayed for business this was very disappointing. For the price of the hotel I was very disappointed in almost everything.

Staying in the heart of the city was perfect for us as it was a bit chilly for the beach. We had plenty of great restaurants to choose from, though one didn't have much in the way of ambience. the service was attentive, and food excellent. Our room was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful view of the city. the breakfast was plentiful with plenty of fresh options.

Had a wonderful stay during Christmas. the hotel had a great location, just a few blocks from the town center and shopping areas. the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and bilingual which made communication easy. the atmosphere was peaceful and the pool area was a plus to enjoy the warm sun.
Breakfast was average, would have been better if they served better coffee. One night, the Wi-Fi was slow and kept disconnecting.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was very clean and had great facilities, including a nice pool. Although it wasn't close to the beach, we liked that it was located right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore. We also appreciated the friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
No complaints.

The newly renovated rooms were a highlight of our stay - beautiful wood floors and modern showers. The location can't be beaten, with shops and parks just a stone's throw away. We also loved the breakfast, with a great variety of fresh foods and even high-end coffee beans.
The older rooms could use some updating, and the pool area didn't seem well-maintained. We also had a bit of trouble with the elevators during our stay, which was inconvenient.
